TERMS:
All deliveries are at the owners risk.
We must see a copy of their insurance cover before delivery.

The boat must be seaworthy.
We must see a copy of the inventory and all deliveries are subject to our inspection. If in the
opinion of our Skipper the boat cannot be made seaworthy without extensive work or much
extra gear then we will not take it to sea. In these circumstances the expenses incurred by the skipper are to be reimbursed by the owner.

Full discretion must be given to the Skipper as to timing, intermediary ports and other
matters affecting the safe delivery of the vessel.
By signing the agreement you give this discretion. Please note, we do not allow penalty
clauses for late delivery. On the other hand we will not charge for extra days if we take longer
than estimated.

Delivery Fee payment is to be 50% in advance, the remainder on delivery.

Expenses, to be paid on delivery.
Expenses to cover fuel, travel for the Skipper and crew and mooring fees at intermediary
ports. Other items by negotiation. For example, replacement or repair of essential gear damaged or
lost due to heavy weather.
